Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to give my name or contact details to see quotes?

No. The quote tool needs your gender, birth date, general health assessment, tobacco use, coverage amount desired, and term length. Those six pieces of information produce carrier rates. Your name, address, and detailed health records are requested only if you decide to apply.

Are the monthly prices shown the price I will pay?

They reflect what each carrier quotes for the health class you chose. After underwriting, the carrier may confirm the class, move you to a better one, or adjust it. This site is not an insurance offer and makes no promises about price.

What happens when I click Apply?

You provide your name and proceed into an application built from your selected quote on the carriers' protected platform. You're free to stop and restart at any time, and you'll sign your name online. Susman Insurance Agency, licensed in California (License 0B75129), coordinates your application.

Will I need a medical exam?

It varies by company, coverage level, and your information. Carriers offering immediate decisions can approve eligible applicants on the spot; each quote notes whether an exam is necessary, conditional, or not needed.

Is a longer term better?

Pick a term for the years your family would struggle without your earnings: outstanding mortgage, dependents at home, or business debt. Longer terms raise the monthly cost but secure your rate for more years. The quote tool displays 10-, 15-, 20-, 25-, and 30-year side-by-side comparisons.

Does this site sell my information?

No. The quoting process doesn't gather contact information, we don't sell or share any visitor data, and our analytics use no cookies. Check the privacy page for the full account of what we collect and who accesses it.
